Screen Printing
We offer a complete line of apparel and imprinting for Companies, Sports Teams, School Fundraisers, Company Picnics, Class & Family Reunions, Police & Fire Departments... and the list goes on.

We use Screen Printed Plastisol Transfers which are screen printed designs that are printed on a special heat transfer (release) paper instead of screen printing the design directly to a garment. Once the design is screen printed onto the paper, the printed heat transfer papers are shipped to us so we can put them on t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, etc with our heat press.

Screen Setup Fee per Color: $25.00
UnderBase/Flash: +$0.35 each (if printing on dark garments)
Garment Color Change: $20.00 per color
Pantone Match Color: $20.00

Example 1: 3-color screen print design on 38 pcs. of dark T-shirts.
Screen Setup Fee: $75.00
Cost Per Item: $4.30 + $0.35 = $4.65
Total Cost: $75.00 + ($4.65 x 38) = $251.70

Example 2: Same as Example 1 except 20 shirts will be done in red, white, blue and the remaining 18 shirts will be in red, blue and green.
Screen Setup Fee: $75.00
Garment Color Change Fee: $40.00 (red/white/blue and red/blue/green)
Cost Per Item: $4.30 + $0.35 = $4.65
Total Cost: $75.00 + $40.00 + ($4.65 x 38) = $291.70
