Payment: All orders require pre-payment of digitizing cost, 50% of the apparel before production can be started and payment when products are pick-up.
Turn Around Time: Our normal production time is 10 business days, once the order has been placed and payment received in full. During the holiday season, this may vary depending on demand. Our cut-off date for guaranteed holiday delivery is December 5th.
Privacy: Your privacy is of the utmost importance at TacoBird, Inc. We protect the privacy of our customers to the greatest extent possible. We never sell, share or furnish any information about our customers to anyone outside our company.
Special Orders: Due to the nature of the special orders we fill, we require all orders to be submitted to us in writing to ensure that we embroider your item correctly.
100% Customer Satisfaction: At TacoBird, Inc. we have made a commitment to excellent customer service and stand behind our work 100%. If you not happy with the quality of our work, we will replace it.
Rush: There is a charge fee for orders needed less than the normal 10 working days at an additional 20% of total order.
Returns: We are not able to accept returns due to the nature of our special orders.
Corrections: If there is an error in due to our error, we will replace the item or correct it to your satisfaction. If the error is due to incorrect information you provided us, there will be a $25.00 charge to remove the stitching by hand and correct it.
Merchandise Delivery: Orders can be picked up at our address, shipped at client's cost or we can deliver for a $7.50 fee within a 25 mile radius.
